Becky Monroe gave the treasurers report. KPFL received a $1,000 grant from Lincoln County Community Foundation for assisting those deemed in real need in the spay/neuter of their pets. Becky explained problems encountered in terminating the Verizon phone service. Caitlin made
a motion of pay the remaining amount due Verizon. Seconded by Tessa, voted on and will be paid. Becky announced that KPFL was able to get a $7,500 rebate from Flathead Electric for the installation of the new heat pump heating system thanks to Jeff following through on the rebates. $30,000 of the Faria Estate donation has been spent in upgrade around the Shelter. Becky has asked for assistance with the Treasurers job and has agreed on a trial run to see if she and Faith can coordinate with Faith handling money portion by receiving the mail and monetary intake and depositing in the bank and Becky handling the rest.

Jeff gave the Shelter Report: In November there were 11 adoptions - 3 cats/kittens, 8 dogs. We took in 2 cats and 12 dogs. One cat and one kitten were returned to owner. There are 23 fosters - 6 cats and 17 dogs. There are 29 cats in the Shelter and 13 dogs. The November spay/neuter was 3 cats, and 3 dogs; microchip 6 cats and 3 dogs; and Vouchers were given out for 2 cats. It was discussed that the foster number is confusing to some and designating foster with intention to adopt (after spay/neuter) would make it clearer.

Eileen gave the Fund Raising Report: Recycling - $249.00; Troy Banks - $49; Memorials-$275; Bow Wow Bash - $1425; Boutique Brielle - $20; Anonymous - $100; and $50 from someone who missed the Bash. The old car that was donated brought in $250.

Under Old Business the 8 window glass replacement estimates were discussed. Since this is not an immediate need Jeff will pursue further. There is an upcoming Craft Show at the Christian School. Jeff, Faith and Bobbi have agreed to work at this and others are more than welcome to join in.
The newsletter that Liz Hall is working on needs some followup with photos. An advise column was suggested. Linda will pass on ideas to Liz.
Jeff said the insurance roof inspector has been to the Shelter to check out the roof and he is expecting a report soon to find out if the insurance will add anything to roof repair.

Under New Business Eileen reported Cabinet Mountain Brewing will be hosting Brews for Benefits for KPFL every Thursday in the month of January. Between the hours of 6:00pm and 8:00pm, $1.00 of every beer sold will be donated to KPFL. It is important that we have a good
turnout for this event, which helps both KPFL and the Brewery. Marge will make a poster that can be put on Facebook and the webpage. She also suggested small display of photo or information for each table. Deb Frey asked Jeff to propose a vending machine for the Shelter and or a water dispenser. After discussion it was decided as a group of volunteers it would add work, maintenance, and funding. Caitlin made a motion to pass on this idea, seconded by Linda, voted on and passed. A filter on water line was discussed as to what it would do, maintenance and cost. There was
some confusion and Jeff will do further research to see what is required. There is an application in from Pennsylvania for adoption of the one of the Reservation puppies. The interested people would pay all expenses including flights and all. Marge made a motion to thoroughly check references and anything else needed. Seconded by Becky and it passed. Becky discussed smaller fund raising ideas such as Giving Tuesday and Shelter Challenge. Nothing was decided at this time.
